As you’re reading this, Christmas has come and gone. For me, however, that is still almost four weeks away. It’s a great time of year.
Right now I’m remembering how I used to not wait until December to let my Christmas wishes be known; in fact, I probably started dropping hints as early as July.
Surely, if I kept after it, the list would be passed along to Santa. For years I couldn’t wait for the excitement of numerous presents under the tree.
As I grew older and would question my loved ones about what they wanted, I’d always hear the, “Oh, you don’t have to get me anything. Just save your money,” line. How boring!
