Santa Shootout Derby Races, Young County Arena, 120 Barclay PL. Graham, TX 76450. This is the 11th annual Santa Shootout to take place in Graham. A large turnout is expected with a large number of racers coming from all over the Southwest. This is a two-day event. There will be racers of all ages from young to old, as well as all experience levels from the beginner to the most seasoned veteran. Come on out to the Young County Arena and have a good time. These businesses and galleries will have activities throughout the evening between the hours of 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., with hours varying. It’s a great way to stroll through downtown, experience and observe local art activities. Most activities begin at 6 p.m. and some will end at 9 p.m. and others will end at 10 p.m., but please check hours listed for each participating location. The Discover Denton Welcome Center will have music by Stephanie Untch and beer samples from the Bearded Monk, so stop by and enjoy! Have a great First Friday and remember to take that creative break.
