It’s the wildest and most universal in its appeal, saved from extinction, the native bison herd of the Llano Estacado. Days it would take for such a mass herd to pass through, back before there was the hustle of technology. Descending from the plains, the expanse and vast landscape housed these species – amongst some of the most strong-willed survival instinctual animals. The cost of living here is tough and the environment is unwelcoming.
