The exodus from the population centers continues, with huge numbers of urbanized citizens looking to live a rural lifestyle. The amount of rural property buyers far exceeds the amount of rural properties for sale, and this is evidenced below by the sell price to list price ratios, as well as the days on market. While the price per acre is up in every county we report on, the average size of the tract sold is down as compared to last year. Bottom line: It is a great time to sell.
